Senior Manager – Business Development & Real Estate Investment

Job Purpose
Lead the Business Development and Real Estate Investment function by developing and implementing strategies that support the Company’s business growth, attract investment opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and achieve sustainable growth while maximizing investment returns in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
- Develop and implement the Business Development and Real Estate Investment strategy in line with the Company’s objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion in target markets.
- Prepare annual and operational plans and oversee their execution.
Business Development
- Attract new clients, investors, and strategic partners.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase revenue streams.
- Prepare commercial and investment proposals.
- Lead negotiations and conclude contracts and agreements.
- Monitor contract implementation and ensure objectives are achieved.
Real Estate Investment
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities.
- Assess investment projects and provide recommendations.
- Oversee the preparation of feasibility studies.
- Monitor investment performance to achieve targeted returns.
Relationships and Partnerships
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, real estate developers, government entities, and private sector organizations.
- Represent the Company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
- Enhance the Company’s corporate image and expand its professional network.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of projects and investment opportunities.
Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage the Business Development and Real Estate Investment team.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor work progress.
- Develop team capabilities and improve overall performance.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to Executive Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Real Estate Management
- Investment
- Finance
- Marketing
- Economics
- Or any other related field
Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in Business Development, Real Estate Investment, or Real Estate Development.
- Experience in preparing commercial and investment proposals.
- Experience in negotiation and managing client and partner relationships.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and its applicable laws and regulations.
