Your role
- Lead AI‑driven advanced‑analytics initiatives at ARB, harnessing machine‑learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation to deliver predictive insights, recommendations, and scalable decision‑making across the organization.
- Define and track value‑realization KPIs together with business and strategy teams.
- Identify, scope, and prioritize AI & analytics use cases with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Monitor ROI, report KPI performance during pilots and post‑production, and provide concise monthly progress updates.
- Manage the delivery pipeline, set priorities, and keep senior leadership informed of outcomes.
Ideal profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6 + years of progressive AI/Data experience (banking exposure is a strong plus).
- Deep expertise in traditional machine‑learning techniques, advanced deep‑learning models, large language models, and AI‑agent frameworks
- Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions
- Strong analytical & logical thinking, excellent English communication, and solid project‑ and time‑management skills.
