The Senior Manager – Staff Accommodation & Facility at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia will be responsible for overseeing the management and operational efficiency of staff accommodation facilities. This role includes the development and implementation of processes to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable living environment for employees. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various departments to address facility needs, enhance staff satisfaction, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities will include managing accommodation budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and leading initiatives to improve facility conditions and services. This position also requires a strategic focus on the recruitment and retention of talent through well-managed accommodation operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in facilities management or accommodation services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Experience in budget management and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and service providers
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Effective leadership and team management skills
Languages:
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
