Accountabilities

  • Develop relationships with key clients and service their research requirements; explore & generate cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise across research types—C‑SAT/MS, Brand Health tracking, U&A, etc. studies.
  • Prospect new opportunities—upselling/cross‑selling from ongoing client relationships/accounts.
  • Guide team members in all research‑related stages: questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing and client presentation to ensure smooth project execution independently or with team support, and effective use of AI across project journey stages.
  • Advise on project execution, inform clients on progress, and give instructions to other departments for collection and electronic processing of information.
  • Handle client queries or complaints, manage client stakeholders, and provide advice and consultation to clients and staff.

Role Expectations (Knowledge & Skillsets)

  • 9+ years relevant working experience, with a mandatory background in quantitative market research projects.
  • Strong client focus and ability to build long‑term sustainable relationships.
  • Deep understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with client stakeholders and accurate representation of data in reporting and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, knowledge of analysis tools and data interpretation, and excellent numerical skills.
  • Ability to influence and persuade across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation development skills: confident delivering insights, stories and actions in face‑to‑face or group presentations.
  • Able to handle crises with maturity and creative problem‑solving skills.
  • Capable of operating in a multicultural environment and handling multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Knowledge and exposure to the Qatar market is a preferred advantage.
