We have partnered with a one of the most exciting Middle Eastern retailers. They are looking for a Senior Logisitics Coordinator to join their growing team in Riyadh.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proficiency in handling freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local, and international client
Good Experience in processing of import/export customs declaration arranging transportation and delivery
Ensure there are adequate air waybill stocks at any given time
Ensure there are bookings available for usual shipments
Make additional booking as and when required
Ensure the packaging is correct and that the documents for the shipments are correct
Documentation for Air freight and Sea Freight
Dock booking for delivery at the airport
Track the shipment till its arrival at the consignee
