Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize company files and documents, both physical and digital.
Conduct research and retrieve information from the internet as required.
Search for and manage contact details, phone numbers, and other relevant data.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
