Position: Senior Legal Specialist (6 Months Contract)
Accountable and responsibleto review, analyse, draft and negotiate complex contracts in conjunction with User and Sponsor departments to protect the interests of, and meet the business requirements of the Group.
Provide accurate and business-oriented legal adviceto the group and its subsidiaries.
Act as Group Legal point of contactfor assisting with relationship management of selected User department(s).
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Excellent knowledge in contract and commercial negotiation relating to service and product agreements. Ability to understand complex vendor contracts.
Proficiency in MS Office package, particularly MS Word.
Proven track recordof handling complex issues and negotiation.
Contracting and negotiating skills to the highest standard.
Managerial skills – Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
