Senior Legal, Ethics & Compliance Manager
The Position
As Senior Legal, Ethics & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. You will manage initiatives in business ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, data privacy, and human rights across Saudi Arabia, providing day-to-day compliance support to Novo Nordisk in the Kingdom.
Your main responsibilities include:
Coordinating and implementing the global, regional, and local Legal, Ethics, and Compliance strategies, programs, and procedures.
Providing legal, ethics, and compliance advice to uphold the company’s integrity.
Promoting an organizational culture that achieves business targets sustainably and efficiently while maintaining high integrity standards.
Conducting compliance risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
Reporting on legal, ethics, and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in legal, ethics, and compliance roles.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in law, with strong communication and compliance skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes (EFPIA/IFPMA).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Line management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
