Education:
Master’s degree, preferably.
Proficiency in the English language is a must.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, ideally in corporate law.
Experience in representing corporations before courts, and ability to draft memorandums, appeals, and petitions.
Advising on legal matters, compliance, and risk management.
Experience with initial public offerings (IPO), including regulatory compliance and documentation.
Expertise in areas relevant to the organization (e.g., regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, debt collection).
Familiarity with and up-to-date knowledge of the latest laws and regulations (employment, corporate, company law, etc.).
Familiarity with the IT industry.
Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, understanding its legal complexities and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
Experience leading legal teams or projects.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
Strong negotiation skills in contracts and settlements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to navigate the challenges specific to the FMCG industry.
