Senior Lead Master Planner – UAE Urban & Mixed-Use Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Sphere Recruitment
Salary range: AED 22,000–65,000 per month plus benefits
I am currently recruiting for multiple master planning opportunities across the UAE, covering a range of levels from experienced professionals through to senior leadership appointments.
These roles are with leading architectural practices, design consultancies and major client-side real estate development organisations.
Candidates must have strong UAE experience and a proven background in master planning, urban design or large-scale development planning.
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience gained within Tier 1:
- Leading design and engineering consultancies
Relevant project experience may include large-scale mixed-use developments, residential communities, destination projects, hospitality schemes and major urban developments.
Applicants should demonstrate strong technical capability, stakeholder management experience and a clear understanding of the UAE development and approvals environment. Have a portfolio to demonstrate too.
