About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, property and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
- Lead and manage complex transactions and legal projects
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
