Job Summary:
Hair Growth Centre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Nurse to oversee and coordinate healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background with administrative expertise to ensure efficient patient care and staff management. This role involves a combination of clinical knowledge and leadership to support healthcare teams, maintain compliance, and improve workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee patient care processes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
Manage medical records, patient documentation, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate communication between medical teams, patients, and administrative departments.
Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of medical supplies.
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Handle incident reporting, staff concerns, and conflict resolution.
Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Minimum [X] years of nursing experience, with at least [X] years in an administrative or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare policies, patient care standards, and medical regulations.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and healthcare management systems.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
