Senior Joinery Draftsman & 3D Visualiser Jobs in Dubai at INTERNI
We are seeking a technically strong and independent Joinery Draftsman & 3D Visualiser for luxury residential, hospitality and bespoke FF&E projects.
This is not a position for a general architect, concept designer or visualiser without production knowledge. The successful candidate must be able to produce both:
- accurate, buildable joinery shop drawings;
- high-quality 3D models and client-ready renders.
Key ResponsibilitiesJoinery and Technical Drawings
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for:
- wardrobes and walk-in closets;
- kitchens and pantries;
- vanities;
- TV units and wall cladding;
- doors;
- reception desks and counters;
- fixed furniture and bespoke FF&E.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections and enlarged construction details.
- Develop drawings from design intent, site measurements and approved materials.
- Detail:
- carcass construction;
- panel and door thicknesses;
- fillers and scribes;
- shadow gaps and reveals;
- backing panels;
- hardware and accessories;
- fixing and installation methods;
- LED and MEP integration.
- Coordinate with site conditions, appliances, sanitaryware, lighting and MEP services.
- Review supplier and factory drawings.
- Prepare revisions, as-built drawings and drawing registers.
3D Modelling and Rendering
- Develop accurate 3D models from approved layouts and technical drawings.
- Produce high-quality interior renders for:
- client presentations;
- design approvals;
- material and finish reviews;
- joinery and FF&E visualisation.
- Create realistic materials, lighting and textures.
- Update models quickly following client and technical revisions.
- Ensure the rendered design remains consistent with actual buildability and specifications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with a joinery factory, fit-out contractor or bespoke furniture manufacturer.
- Advanced AutoCAD skills.
- Strong SketchUp skills.
- Good rendering capability using one or more of:
- Corona;
- V-Ray;
- D5;
- Enscape;
- Lumion.
- Proven ability to produce production-ready shop drawings independently.
- Good knowledge of joinery construction, materials, hardware and installation.
- Ability to produce realistic, client-ready renders.
- UAE or GCC experience strongly preferred.
- Clear English communication.
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Revit.
- Cutting-list or CNC production knowledge.
- Photoshop post-production.
- Experience with luxury villas, hospitality and high-end FF&E.

Applicants must clearly identify which drawings and renders were personally prepared by them.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a timed technical test including:
- one joinery shop-drawing task;
- one 3D modelling and rendering task.
Important
Renderings alone are not sufficient.
Shop drawings alone are also not sufficient.
We are looking for someone who can understand how the joinery is designed, manufactured, installed and presented to the client.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,500.00 per month
