Position: Senior IT Helpdesk Agent (Bilingual) – 24/7 Support
Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Helpdesk Agent (Call Center Agent) to serve as the first point of contact for IT support. You will diagnose and resolve issues, log incidents, provide remote troubleshooting, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
You will maintain ticket documentation, follow ITIL-aligned processes, and deliver professional customer service while supporting users with common applications and workplace technology. Bilingual Arabic and English preferred.
