It's a full-time on-site job in Riyadh.

Position Objective:

To provide senior-level consulting support embedded within the Solutions Engineering & Development Division, driving excellence across programs and project management, performance management, governance, risk management, talent planning, and strategic operations.

The role will strengthen divisional delivery frameworks, enhance management reporting and decision-making visibility, and support the execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives in alignment with PMO standards and divisional strategy.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end programs and project delivery from scoping and initiation through execution and closure, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps across all assigned initiatives.
  • Drive stakeholder management and alignment activities, coordinating with sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams to ensure shared accountability and clear communication.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and interdependencies, and support timely escalation and resolution at the appropriate governance levels.
  • Define, track, and monitor divisional and departmental KPIs; collect, validate, and consolidate performance data across programs, projects, and functions.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and periodic management reports that enhance visibility, decision-making, and executive oversight.
  • Identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement through structured analysis and reporting.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor strategic, operational, and delivery risks; maintain risk registers including mitigation actions, ownership, and timelines.
  • Support the escalation and reporting of key risks and issues to relevant governance forums; contribute to strengthening risk management practices across the division.
  • Support workforce and capacity planning, resource allocation, utilisation tracking, and performance monitoring of internal and external resources.
  • Assist with onboarding, knowledge transfer, and continuity planning for key roles; contribute to talent development and delivery capability initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA or other postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, program management, PMO, or divisional operations roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs and delivering structured management outputs in large organisations.
  • Prior experience within government, semi-government, or large enterprise environments in the GCC region is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or an equivalent project management certification is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with working knowledge of project and reporting tools such as MS Project and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear executive-level outputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
