Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced Senior Intersystem Integration Developer to
join our team
. The successful candidatewill be responsible for designing developing and implementingrobust healthcare integration solutions. This role involves workingclosely with hospitals and healthcare organizations to develop andmanage inbound interfaces ensuring seamless data exchange andsystem interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain integrationsolutions using Inter Systems Cache IRIS for Health andHealth
Share.
Buildtest and deploy inbound healthcare interfaces to support hospitalintegration processes.
Translate business andclinical requirements into technical integration workflows focusingon healthcare messaging standards such asHL7 andFHIR.Collaboratewith stakeholders to identify and resolve
technical challenges
indata exchange between healthcare systems.
Writeoptimized SQL queries and scripts for data processing and systemintegration.
Ensure data integrity complianceand security in all integrationactivities.
Create and maintain documentationfor integration processes workflows and systemconfigurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to system interfaces data transmission and applicationperformance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with Inter Systems Cache IRIS for Healthand Health Shareplatforms.
Strong understanding of healthcareinteroperability standards including
HL7 (2.x and
3.x).Advanced SQL skills for data queryingtransformation and storage.
Proven experiencein developing and managing complex inbound integrationinterfaces.
Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
Excellent
communication
andcollaboration skills.
Niceto Have
Skills:
Experience with
Docker for containerizeddeployments.
Familiarity with
FHIR standards for
modern
healthcaredata exchange.
Knowledge ofXML SOAPand other data exchange formats.
Understandingof Dev Ops practices for managing integrationpipelines. Experience Level: 5 years ofexperience in healthcare
system integration
and interfacedevelopment.
