About our client  Our client is a major family-owned conglomerate which has a sizeable investment arm. Various arms of the company invest in a range of strategic directions – this role will help drive private equity investments in India and South Asia, where the group already owns a major ports business and a large logistics company. What the job involves  Drive new private equity investment opportunities through strong industry relationships and commercial acumen.
Present to the investment committee and to the executive board. Play a key role in the process of investment and divestment and in strategic decision making.  Who we are looking for  Significant investing experience within private equity in India, with appropriate modelling skills and commercial acumen.
