Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and research new market opportunities and industries for business expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop strategies for entering new markets, launching new services, or enhancing current offerings.
Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive business strategies.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s offerings.
Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach methods.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects, addressing their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable terms and long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring positive and productive long-term relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
Manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain detailed records of all communications, deals, and follow-ups.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales performance and business development metrics, reporting regularly to leadership.
Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving company goals and market demands.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and improve service offerings.
Support the overall growth strategy of the company, ensuring all efforts are aligned with business objectives.
