We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Purchasing Analyst to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing purchasing data, optimizing supplier performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting the overall procurement process. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic sourcing and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and market data to inform sourcing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Evaluate supplier quotes, contracts, and pricing models to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, KPIs, and cost savings.
Assist in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure data integrity within procurement systems.
Research market trends and potential vendors for new or alternative sources of supply.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month
