Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Architect with strong experience working alongside real estate developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically appealing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects, ensuring alignment with developer requirements, project timelines, and market standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design accuracy, and resolve on-site issues.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures aligned with project budgets and developer guidelines.
- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and developer standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing and approvals.
- Provide design input during project planning, value engineering, and final execution stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience, preferably with real estate developers or large-scale development projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Worked directly with developers, consultants, and main contractors.
- Experience in residential towers, mixed-use developments, or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of Dubai market trends, developer standards, and authority requirements.
