Senior Infrastructure Asset Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Advisor to support the strategic management of critical infrastructure assets within a major utilities environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in developing and implementing asset management frameworks, lifecycle planning, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with international best practice.
• Lead lifecycle planning and asset performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct asset condition assessments and criticality analysis.
• Support investment planning and long-term asset sustainability.
• Develop KPIs and asset performance reporting.
• Work closely with engineering and operational teams to optimise asset reliability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (IAM, Chartered Engineer or equivalent preferred).
• 20+ years’ experience in asset management within utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ISO 55000 Asset Management principles.
• Experience within water, wastewater or public infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Previous GCC experience is advantageous.
