Overview
We are looking for a Senior IT Officer to oversee IT operations across the Group and manage the complete IT environment with the support of an IT Officer based in Abu Dhabi.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who can manage a small to medium-sized business IT environment end-to-end, ensuring the security, availability, and reliability of systems, networks, devices, and data. The role will also lead the ongoing implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP and Microsoft 365/SharePoint solutions
.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in a small to medium-sized organization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra , Windows endpoints, networking, VPN, and IT security.
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- QNAP NAS administration
- UAE data protection requirements
- Microsoft/Azure/Entra, networking, or security certifications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Entra .
- Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, VPN, QNAP NAS, endpoints, backups, and security controls.
- Support Odoo ERP administration, user management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead SharePoint implementation and file migration projects.
- Provide technical support to users across the Group and supervise IT support activities.
- Manage IT vendors, licenses, subscriptions, and ensure reliable IT operations.
