Authority/Leadership Responsibilities
- Provides technical guidance to co-workers.
Organizes and supervises work within a small work unit composed of employees within own discipline or a related area of specialization.
- Determines the training and development needs of employees.
- Approves timesheets.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer with 10 years of significant exp
- erience.
Has experience in the oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries and is recognized as specialist in industrial security engineering on large to mega p
- rojects.
Must have thorough knowledge of industrial security engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes and standards, procedures, and specifi
- cations.
Preferred with a valid Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
