We are hiring for a leading Information Technology and Digital Transformation company in Kuwait and are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer – Storage Solutions to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Dell Storage Solutions.
– Manage Dell PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity, PowerScale, and ECS.
– Perform storage provisioning, zoning, mapping, masking, LUN management, and migrations.
– Implement and support SAN/NAS, DR, HA, replication, and Business Continuity solutions.
– Integrate storage with VMware, Hyper-V, Windows/Linux servers, and backup solutions.
– Configure and troubleshoot Fibre Channel SAN environments, including Brocade and Cisco switches.
– Support NFS, SMB/CIFS, and FTP protocols.
– Perform performance monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management.
– Prepare HLD/LLD, SOPs, migration plans, as-built, and handover documentation.
– Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with customers, vendors, PMs, and technical teams
