Job Title: Junior Accountant – Real Estate Development Company
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in financial reporting and be comfortable using Zoho Books.
Requirements:
. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
. 1-3 years of experience in accounting
. Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
. Good understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting
. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
· Ensure that the financial records and reports are accurate.
· Responsible for managing the payables and receivables of the company.
· Keep track of your bank statements and financial transactions.
· Oversee real estate accounting tasks (rent payment, lease payment, and property expenses).
· Comply with all tax and financial regulations.
· You can keep track of your finances and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
· Assist in forecasting and budgeting.
