We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ICT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Information and Communications Technology department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s ICT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex ICT systems and infrastructure
Develop and execute strategies for cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments
Conduct regular security assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures
Manage and optimize network performance, including WAN, LAN, and wireless networks
Oversee virtualization initiatives and implement server consolidation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ICT solutions with business objectives
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Develop and maintain documentation for ICT systems, processes, and procedures
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ICT services and equipment
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
15years of experience in ICT engineering roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects
Advanced knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies
Expertise in network design, implementation, and maintenance
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
Experience with virtualization technologies and server consolidation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management abilities and experience leading technical teams
Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and emerging technologies
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the ICT sector
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
