Are you a coach who can do more than deliver a workout?
At LifeLab, we’re building an integrated wellness experience where movement, performance and wellbeing come together — and we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Hybrid Coach to join our Movement Lab team full-time.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, expertise and genuine connection to every session — from 1:1 personal training and small-group coaching to high-energy group classes.
What you’ll do:
• Deliver premium 1:1 and small-group personal training
• Conduct movement assessments and create individualized programs
• Coach strength, conditioning, mobility, functional fitness and cardiovascular development
• Lead engaging group exercise classes
• Track progress and help members achieve measurable results
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members
• Mentor and support other coaches
• Collaborate with our wider wellness team to deliver an integrated member experience
⭐ We’d love to meet you if you have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, Physiotherapy or a related field
• A recognized Personal Trainer certification
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Proven experience in both personal training and group exercise
• Ideally 5+ years of professional coaching experience
• Excellent communication, professionalism and coaching presence
Additional certifications or experience in HYROX, Pilates, indoor cycling, yoga or other specialist training concepts are highly valued.
