Role Description: We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer on secondment for our client in Medical Sector. The role is for a period of 6 months(Can be extended). It is an on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This role includes developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures aligned with Saudi Arabia regulations and organizational needs. The Senior Human Resources Officer will manage employee relations, including performance management support, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining accurate HR records, leading job description development, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and advising management on workforce planning and HR best practices. The role also includes collaborating with leadership to support organizational restructuring projects, driving HR compliance, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Should know JISR HRMS platform.
  • Should know various platforms like QIWA, GOSI, MUWAD etc in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including strategic HR planning and operational HR support.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, performance issues, and engagement initiatives fairly and transparently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Arabia labor regulations and HR practices, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to make sound, data-informed decisions.
