Job Title: Senior HSE Officer – Precast / Construction Industry

We are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Officer with a strong background in the precast or construction industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HSE roles within precast, construction, or related industries.
- NEBOSH and IOSH certification are mandatory.
- Experience in lifting operations, heavy equipment, and material handling is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessments, lifting plans, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance at precast/construction sites.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe lifting operations and compliance with lifting procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation and reports.
- Promote a safe working environment across all operations.
