Senior HR Generalist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 AED per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Candidates with healthcare or hospital experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle employee relations and HR documentation
- Support payroll coordination and attendance management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Maintain employee records and HR reports
- Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR audits and other administrative activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations
- Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage
