ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee the full human resources function, from sourcing and onboarding top talent to developing policies, processes, and culture that encourage employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus partnerships.
  • Deliver a structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Support monthly payroll processing and ensure the accurate maintenance of attendance and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.

Performance Management

  • Administer the biannual performance review cycle, working closely with managers to ensure timely and consistent evaluations.
  • Track KPIs and support managers in setting SMART goals for their teams.
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with leadership to design and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, handling all matters with discretion and fairness.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs across teams through performance data and manager feedback.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs, skills workshops, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a learning calendar and track training completion to ensure consistent employee development across the organization.

HR Policies & Administration

  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies in line with regulatory and organizational changes.
  • Manage the HRIS, ensuring employee records, organizational charts, and HR data remain accurate and up to date.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards, including headcount, attrition, and time-to-hire metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Prior experience in a construction, contracting, facilities management, manpower or staffing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with an HRIS platform such as Odoo or a similar system.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience establishing and managing performance management cycles or learning and development programs from scratch is an added advantage.
