• Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5
* Hotel.
• At least 1-year experience at the same level.

The role assists in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all housekeeping activities, maintaining established standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and attractive conditions of rooms, floors, and pantries. The role holder supervises and controls cleaning and servicing of all bedrooms, restaurants, functions, and public rooms in the hotels to ensure EHG standards are always enforced and maintained.
