Customer Support Representative (Financial Services or Forex)

Responsibilities:
ê”· Respond promptly to inbound and outbound client inquiries, such as deposits and withdrawals via email, phone, or live chat, ensuring smooth account operations and client satisfaction.
ê”· Troubleshoot technical issues with forex trading platforms, identify and coordinate complex issues with appropriate teams, and manage client expectations to ensure client’s complaints are solved appropriately.
ê”· Support ongoing account needs, such as updating payment details or assisting with trading-related queries, to enhance the client experience.
ê”· Recording and organizing client issues and requests to offer actionable insights to management.
ê”· Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI’s are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
ê”· 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or forex.
ê”· Familiarity with forex trading platforms and terminology.
ê”· Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in Arabic and English communication.
ê”· Always demonstrate a positive and professional image.
ê”· Ability to work 24/5 shifts, aligning with forex market hours, including nights as needed.
