We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HR management within the cleaning or facility management industry and be able to handle all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding cleaning staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Manage employee records, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure proper payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
Coordinate with different departments to meet workforce needs.
Requirements:
2-5 years of HR experience in the cleaning company industry. (Compulsory).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle recruitment and employee relations independently.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office etc.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
