Responsibilities:
Lead the development of visual content for the Food & Grocery vertical, from concept to final deliverables.
Develop strategic creative concepts for large-scale campaigns and special projects.
Manage the design process and distribute tasks among Middle and Junior Designers.
Conduct workshops, train the team, and improve the design quality within the company.
Maintain and enhance the unique visual style of the vertical within Snoonu’s brand framework.
Collaborate with external contractors and participate in production processes, including photoshoots.
Create guidelines and design libraries for internal teams and contractors.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years as a Senior Graphic Designer.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and experience in print production.
Strong skills in photo retouching and compositing.
Proven project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of branding, packaging, and digital design for FMCG and e-commerce.
Advanced proficiency in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Mid Journey, or similar, with prompt-writing expertise.
Strong leadership qualities, ability to inspire the team, and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with international brands.
Skills in 3D graphics and animation.
Knowledge of trends in Food & Grocery and e-commerce design.
