Job Purpose
Responsible for the creation of digital and graphic design concepts for the delivery and communication of ideas and messages that inspire and inform AAM customers and the market in general.
Principal Accountabilities
Design and produce marketing materials including, including but not limited to advertisements, collateral, signage, animations, video editing, electronic brochures, and presentations that reflect and promote the brand’s image
Collaborate with all business units/departments in providing designs for options, receiving feedback on conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables
Maintain familiarity with customer demographics in developing an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event-related collateral within approved guidelines
Execute various aspects of production, including but not limited to digital retouching, image editing, special effects, as well as file manipulation and layout for the final production file to be printed or circulated
Development of concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, etc., as and when needed
Provide creative design themes, layout, and digital/graphic for all channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, email, social media, and video
Collaborate with internal AAM departments/business units to plan expectations of outcome and drive innovative ideas to work on continuous improvements before project planning on areas such as, but not limited to, dimensions from suppliers for certain products/branding
Oversee print projects from design to completion, including choice of materials and quality of output, to ensure the final product before release or publication
Maintain and improve websites graphics as and when required
Stay up to date with the latest digital software and computer technologies to remain competitive
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
5 years of experience in marketing/advertising/corporate or commercial design
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and marketing communications
