Senior Golang Developer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Nas Luxury Real State
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist with a background in dental clinic marketing to attract more patients and grow our clinic’s presence. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in marketing for dental clinics and be able to develop and execute strategies that generate a high volume of patient appointments each month. The candidate must achieve a monthly patient acquisition target to qualify for commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Monthly Patient Target:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to ensure a steady flow of new patients to the clinic.
Monitor and adjust strategies to meet or exceed patient acquisition goals.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to drive patient bookings.
Develop engaging content, promotions, and social media strategies tailored to dental services.
Run email and SMS marketing campaigns to retain and attract new patients.
Lead Generation & Patient Conversion:
Follow up with potential leads to convert them into booked appointments.
Work closely with the reception team to improve customer engagement and ensure a seamless patient journey.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of all marketing activities, focusing on ROI.
Provide reports on patient acquisition numbers and campaign effectiveness.
Continuously optimize marketing efforts based on results and industry trends.
Requirements:
Experience in Dental Clinic Marketing.
Proven track record of achieving patient acquisition targets in a dental clinic.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media advertising.
Ability to meet monthly targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: AED 4,000 per month
Commission: Additional incentives upon achieving patient acquisition targets
