About the Role
Laborelec is hiring an Electrical Generators Expert to support its growth in Saudi Arabia, at the core of the energy transition. If you’re passionate about energy, power generation, and technology, explore this exciting opportunity!
Your Responsibilities
Performance & Efficiency: Develop strategies to optimize generator performance, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
Condition Monitoring & Maintenance Strategies: Support proactive maintenance planning, establish best practices, and minimize downtime.
Technical Studies & Recommendations: Conduct studies, provide reliability assessments, and suggest improvements.
Client Support: Assist with inspections, health assessments, and major incident guidance.
Collaboration & Analysis: Support root cause analysis, challenge OEM recommendations, and propose practical solutions.
Field Expertise: Conduct on-site inspections, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with maintenance crews.
Your Profile
A master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in power generation, focusing on generator maintenance and reliability.
Experience with major fleet operators in the US or Europe is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with condition monitoring and technical knowledge of generator systems.
Proven ability in root cause analysis and maintenance strategy development.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
