Job Description
looking for a experienced Senior FX & Equities Trader to actively trade and generate returns, it’s important to structure the role around both performance and risk management.
Objective
Manage and grow capital through trading opportunities in FX, equities, and related derivatives while operating within defined risk limits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute profitable trading strategies in FX and equity markets.
2. Identify short-term and medium-term trading opportunities.
3. Manage portfolio exposure and risk.
4. Monitor macroeconomic events, earnings releases, and market developments.
5. Produce daily/weekly performance and risk reports.
6. Adhere to approved risk limits and compliance requirements.
7. Required Experience
8. 5+ years of active trading experience in FX and equities.
9. Verifiable trading track record (institutional, prop trading, hedge fund, family office, or audited personal track record).
10. Strong understanding of technical, fundamental, and macro analysis.
11. Experience managing significant capital.
12. Familiarity with Bloomberg, trading platforms, and risk systems.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience at a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or proprietary trading firm.
-CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
-Knowledge of derivatives and hedging strategies.
Base salary
competitive salary plus bonus of net profits generated, subject to risk limits and drawdown controls.
