Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary: In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions
– Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability
– Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers
– Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
– Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences
– Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-stack developer working with NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA
– Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team
– Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies
– Experience with version control systems such as Git
Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
– Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies
– Previous experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders
