Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role combines creativity with strategic marketing to enhance our brand identity, create engaging content, and manage our digital presence. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative designs for packaging, advertisements, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure brand consistency.
Create compelling visual content, including graphics, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
Develop and oversee content calendars for social media and marketing campaigns.
Produce high-quality photography and videography for product promotions, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
Edit and optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring engaging and visually appealing storytelling.
Write and develop creative, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media, blogs, and website updates.
Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
Assist in website content updates, SEO optimization, and online branding.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing trends.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience in photography and videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies is an advantage.
