Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will provide critical insights through data-driven analysis to guide decision-making, improve performance, and support long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models
Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers impacting financial performance
Collaborate with business units to analyze operational metrics and cost structures
Support month-end and quarter-end closing with timely financial reporting and insights
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
Analyze investment opportunities, ROI, and capital allocation projects
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and financial systems
Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial benchmarks
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and applicable regulations
Provide support during audits, strategic reviews, and board meetings
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus
5 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region
Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and forecasting methodologies
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and FP&A tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Power BI)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in English is required;
Arabic is an added advantage
High attention to detail with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
