Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Foreman – Building Construction for residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects in Dubai. The candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and site workforce.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the productivity of labor and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Monitor material usage and ensure the availability of tools and equipment.
- Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI certificate, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Foreman in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and general building construction activities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and HSE requirements.
- Willing to work in Dubai, UAE.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
