We are hiring: Senior Florist
Menna is looking for a Senior Florist to lead floral design and execution across our retail and event work.
Responsibilities:
* Design and produce floral arrangements to Menna's luxury brand standard
* Lead and guide junior florists on technique and consistency
* Source, select, and manage fresh flower stock and quality control
* Handle bespoke orders, bouquets, and event installations
* Maintain workspace, tools, and inventory to a high standard
* Ensure every arrangement is delivery-ready and on brand
Requirements:
* Willing to relocate
* Proven experience as a florist, senior or lead level
* Highly creative, with a strong sense of color, composition, and premium finish
* Skilled in bouquet construction, wrapping, and floral arrangement techniques
* Able to work efficiently under time pressure, especially around peak order days
* Reliable, hands-on, and detail oriented
