Job Title: Senior Florist
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Florist with 4–6 years of experience to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality floral arrangements and bouquets.
- Lead and supervise daily florist operations.
- Assist customers with flower selection and custom orders.
- Train and guide junior florists.
- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and floral supplies.
- Ensure flowers are fresh and displayed attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience as a Florist, including supervisory experience.
- Strong floral design skills and creativity.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
