Key Job Responsibilities

Attend the civil defense inspection for internal and external properties to attain the trade/building license.

Preparing estimation and proposal for various enquiries given by the business development team and the management.

Planning & scheduling the quarterly/monthly PPM activities, notifying the Property officials before a week to notify the Tenants.

Follow up of the scheduled Quarterly/monthly Planned Preventive Maintenance activities by visiting the sites on a scheduled basis to ensure the PPM is being carried out as per NFPA standards & QCDD requirements.

Prepare and submit the PPM reports with comments and recommendations (if any) to the client after the completion of PPM activities.

Submit proposals for the comments found during PPM which requires extra materials for rectification and submit and follow up Work completion reports, Invoices after the completion of rectification works.

Follow up with the procurement for the creation of purchase order and with the suppliers for the earliest delivery of materials for the completion of rectification activities within the stipulated time.

Preparing work completion, PPM reports for the completed works and taking approval from internal & external clients.

Designing of fire fighting systems for any type of projects.

Attending meetings with property team to evaluate the system status and work progress for additional/rectification works.

Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructivefeedback and coaching.

Travel between sites on a scheduled basis and provides twenty four (24) hour on call responsibility for technical support and repair for site problems.

Assist business development department for any technical meetings with clients, consultants or contractors to introduce our brands for various projects requirement.

Identifying critical safety issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of the management.

Review alarm activity of safety systems, prepare technical reports and plan an alarm abatement strategy. Communicate results to required business groups.

Provide and maintain regular reporting of results relating to preventive maintenance, commissioning and post installation inspections.

Provide installation, testing and preventive maintenance and repair to fire fighting systems.

Conduct awareness training to all tenants for elaborating the fire safety systems in their buildings.

Preparing PPM Service reports on regular basis and provide recommendations if required as per NFPA, QCS & Qatar Civil Defense Standards.

Maintain proper and completecommunicationrecords with the clients on all project.

Responsible for preparing estimation, technical and commercial documents for any submission.

Reviewing, approving and processing suppliers’ technical submittals, such as material submittals, design drawings and method statements.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, developinnovative solutions, and ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.

Conduct detailed feasibility studies, fire fighting system analyses, and cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making processes.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of the projects.
