We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst & Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to drive financial analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling expertise and strong proficiency in Power BI to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Utilize Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports, providing real-time financial insights.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
Develop and automate financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Support leadership in strategic planning, investment analysis, and risk assessment.
Stay updated on financial trends, BI technologies, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven forecasting.
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data visualization, and dashboard development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and automation tools.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
CFA, CPA, or relevant certification is a plus.
