Key Accountabilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Preparation of monthly MIS.
Analyze financial performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process and assist in financial forecasting.
Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Financial Modeling:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Performance Measurement:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from financial data and support strategic initiatives.
Identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Sales) to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Communicate financial results and insights to stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist with audits and regulatory filings as needed.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to Accountants and finance team members.
Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
To join our team, you will have:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional Qualification such as ACCA/ CA / CPA is a must.
Experience:Several years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
Attention to Detail:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Language skills:
English.
Any other language is desirable.
