Job Objective:
To play a key role in supporting investment and strategic decision-making by preparing and analyzing advanced financial data, developing financial models, and monitoring portfolio performance ensuring sustainable growth, maximizing returns, and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports with clear, actionable insights for senior management.
- Analyze financial performance of subsidiaries and identify key variances and their root causes.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models (Three-Statement Models) for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation.
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct financial analysis including profitability, cash flow, and cost structure assessment.
- Perform valuation of investment opportunities using DCF, Comparable Companies, and Precedent Transactions methods.
- Execute sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of key assumption changes.
- Support due diligence processes and assess investment feasibility and risk-return profiles.
- Monitor investment portfolio performance and provide insights on returns, risks, and deviations.
- Develop dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency and decision-making.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in building advanced financial models (Three-Statement Modeling)
- Strong experience in financial valuation (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions)
- Financial statement and cash flow analysis
- Budgeting and financial forecasting
- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or within holding companies or investment environments.
- Professional Certifications (Preferred):
CFA, FMVA, CMA, or MBA.
