Senior Financial Analyst Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Qatar Project Management (QPM)
To involve in the financial planning and budgeting activities of Lusail and all the projects developed by Lusail.
Preparation of the project budgets in coordination with the contract and project control department.
Controlling the project budget to ensure that the project contracts entered and the cash outflow are in line with the budget.
Prepare project progress reports on revenues, costs, cash flows and project related KPI’s on a periodic basis.
Assessing project cash flow requirements in coordination with Contracts and Project Controls.
Preparation of the corporate budget in coordination with other departments.
Controlling corporate budget to ensure that expenses are in line with budget.

Candidates will need at least:
Bachelor Degree in Finance
CA/ACCA, CFA or any Financial Analysis degree in progress.
3 years of working experience in the finance department of a large company. Hands-on experience of financial models (intermediate or review knowledge will be acceptable) and executive reporting.
Construction industry experienced candidates will be preferred.
